QuickBooks connection issue?
If your QuickBooks connection shows an error or sync has stopped, go to Portal → QuickBooks and click Reconnect. If the issue continues, email us and include the time it happened — we capture Intuit's trace ID and can resolve it quickly.
Common questions
My QuickBooks disconnected — what do I do?
Visit Portal → QuickBooks and click Reconnect. Tokens occasionally expire and a single click restores the connection.
How do I upload a document?
Use the Document Vault, or respond to a request from your bookkeeper in the Requests tab.
Where do I see my reports?
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow live under Portal → Dashboard.
