These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, and professional services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Monetary Prestige Solutions ("MPS", "we", "us", or "our"), located in El Paso, Texas. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MPS provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, LLC formation assistance, and licensed life & health insurance services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate engagement letter or order form executed between you and MPS. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any engagement letter.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information, documents, and authorizations (including QuickBooks Online access where applicable). MPS is not responsible for errors, penalties, or missed deadlines caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are described in your engagement letter or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may incur a service charge and may result in suspension of Services.

5. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms including, without limitation, Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MPS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party platforms.

6. Confidentiality

MPS will treat your nonpublic financial information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to perform the Services, with your authorization, or as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

MPS retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the portal, templates, reports, and workpapers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business or personal tax purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MPS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice unless delivered under a signed engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPS's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to MPS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. MPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees earned through the termination date. We may suspend or terminate your portal access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
